Your Tax Free Tag has been issued by the store, but you have not yet validated it at one of the exit points when leaving the UAE
You completed the validation process, and your refund is either: Ready to be collected if you selected "cash" as your refund option, or is on its way if you selected "card" as your refund option
Goods must be inspected by our team at the validation point before you leave the UAE, otherwise a refund will not be possible unless you are exiting the UAE*
*If you are exiting the UAE, then you will be able to validate the goods before your next departure as long as the goods are with you in the original packaging, and you validate them within 90 days of the purchase date.
Your refund is being processed and will be sent to your debit or credit card provider within ten days of validation. The refund could take up to three weeks to arrive on your card statement, depending on the card provider you are using
Your refund has been issued to your card, or paid to you in cash if you chose that option after validation
